**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our team. This role will involve performing day-to-day administrative duties, with a strong emphasis on quality data administration ensuring that all training programs meet industry standards.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform administrative duties related to student enrolment, course data entry, and certification.
  • Manage student records, including withdrawals and issue certificates and statements of attainment.
  • Process claims and manage data using VETtrak and Skills Victoria Training system (SVTS).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in an RTO environment.
  • Knowledge of VETtrak, SVTS, and AVETMISS.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
