RTO Operations Manager

This role is responsible for managing the RTO Admin team and ensuring adherence to state and federal legislative and regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
The RTO Administrator will coordinate administrative processes/tasks, entering student data to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with funding requirements.
About the Job:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and implementing strategies in delivering consistent quality processes.
- Timely Student enrolment data entry, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and checks of AVETMISS data.
- Manage and track qualification enrolments using VETtrak student management system.
- Ensure timely processing of student submissions and attendance reports, with follow up as required.
- Provide high-level customer service to Students, including handling support requests, enquiries, and complaints.
- Report on student issues, trainer performance issues, or any other compliance matters.
- Lead, motivate, and guide staff, with experience of managing a busy RTO.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and requirements.
- Able to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
- Experience using student management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
