**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

Our client is a highly successful organisation that provides the Community Services sector with quality workplace training and assessment solutions. Entering an exciting growth phase, our client requires an experienced and successful RTO (Integrity) Manager to join their dynamic team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As RTO (Integrity) Manager, you will be an integral part of the business operations within the RTO Integrity department, with a primary focus on ensuring the systems and compliance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Manage the RTO scope of registration and resources, ensuring currency with accredited training, reporting, and auditing requirements in line with ASQA;
- Design organised content into coherent, well sequenced new course material and review and update existing course material;
- Oversee the student management system, government funding claims, and AVETMISS reporting with a strong focus on compliance;
- Ensure overall compliance of the RTO with all relevant bodies including contract requirements, quality assurance, accreditation, and legislative requirements;
- Manage risk through coordination of internal audits to ensure services are delivered in accordance with ASQA requirements, contractual obligations and RTO risk management frameworks;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships alliances and networks within the education community within the RTO and other relevant stakeholders.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Be degree qualified with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent);
- Minimum 2 years in an RTO Manager role or similar with re-registration experience;
- Possess quality and compliance experience is advantageous;
- Experience using VETtrak (SMS) would be highly regarded;
- Experience dealing with regulators in more than one state;
- Health sector experience is beneficial.
