The RTO Admissions and Records Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enrolment processes. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of student admissions, including initial contact, enrolment, and record-keeping.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage student enquiries and provide high-level customer service">
  • Coordinate the enrolment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using the RTO Student Management System">
  • Process and track student applications, payments, and results">
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination">
