Change Management Professional Role

Key Position in Project Delivery Program Transformation

This is a strategic role within the Global Project Delivery System program, focusing on centralising project delivery platforms, tools, and data management to ensure business needs alignment while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Lead end-to-end change management activities for projects within the program, encompassing impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, and comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address change impacts and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop tailored training approaches, including conducting training needs analysis, creating learning materials, and coordinating training delivery to support effective change adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to gather feedback, address concerns, and refine change management approaches throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, key risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Establish a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement by leading by example.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in change management, with a focus on executing change in IT projects and programs.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives and driving significant adoption.
  • Certification in change management methodologies preferred (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience working in a consulting or engineering environment is advantageous.
