Strategic Change Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Change Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive large-scale strategic projects forward, ensuring seamless integration and optimal outcomes.

About the Job:

  • This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in change management and project delivery, who can effectively engage stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize project quality, timing, and effectiveness.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead large-scale interdependent strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Change Management: Identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement changes to enhance project outcomes.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with senior stakeholders to ensure cohesion, integration, and optimization of current cross-functional strategic projects and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably with knowledge of SAP Ariba.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare business requirements and functional design documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Value Stream mapping and automation/workflow solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
