As a Transformation Consultant, you will work collaboratively within and across teams to drive strategic transformation initiatives forward. You will play a pivotal role by taking projects from concept through to implementation, aligned with the organization's vision, goals, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective transformation strategies and roadmaps with ownership for key project plans.
  • Collaborate as a problem-solving partner to identify insights and develop radical solutions addressing business, process, information, and system opportunities (leveraging technology and automation).
  • Take responsibility for delivering project elements, meeting sponsor requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Adopt agile methodologies - working collaboratively, with transparency, and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with senior leaders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Engage with various individuals and teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and document operational gaps including user guides, templates, test cases, and related user training.
  • Communicate and escalate any issues arising or deliverables that cannot be met, requesting assistance to ensure closure of issues.
  • Contribute to project management processes, templates, and tools to ensure consistent and effective project delivery.
  • Support the development of and implements project reporting requirements and metrics to track project performance, milestones, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal skills, developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to deliver transformation.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop creative and innovative approaches to problem solving and solution identification.
  • Attention to detail, understanding how it impacts the business strategically.
  • Ability to manage expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
  • Curious about testing new approaches and willing to constructively challenge others.
  • Self-awareness of strengths and embracing opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).

Achieving Excellence:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in programs and projects in a similar environment.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in change management.
