Strategic Change Management Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Strategic Change Management Lead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing change management activities to support the implementation of complex projects and reform initiatives.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management with a strong understanding of organisational change theory and practice;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically;
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working with IT systems and technology to support change management activities.
