Community Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Community Liaison Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with the community and ensuring effective communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and sharing information to keep the community informed, engaging with stakeholders, providing administrative support to the team, and contributing content as required.

  • Develop and disseminate clear and concise information to the community, including flyers, notices, and updates.
  • Engage with impacted property owners, community members, and stakeholders through various channels, including meetings, door knocks, and information sessions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and concerns in a clear and supportive manner.
  • Log and track customer complaints and enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Handle calls, emails, and drop-ins with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless project delivery.
