Job Overview

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. This full-time position is based in Rydalmere, NSW, where you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed customer objectives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships to increase revenue streams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that drive engagement.
  • Represent Somfy at key customer meetings and industry events to build relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in account management or key account executive roles, preferably in sales or manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical aptitude to navigate complex systems and tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are desirable.
