Community Relations and Alumnae Officer

The Community Relations and Alumnae Officer will play a vital part in strengthening ties between the school, its graduates, and the wider community. They will be responsible for fostering relationships with alumni and the local community to create a lasting legacy of support and involvement.


About the Role
  • Ongoing | Part Time FTE days per week)
  • Ability to work on a Friday
  • Weekend work will be required to support calendared School events

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement strategies that foster strong relationships with alumni and the local community
  • To coordinate and host events that promote engagement and participation from alumni and the local community
  • To communicate effectively with stakeholders to build trust and confidence
  • To manage and maintain accurate records of alumni interactions and events

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Development or Marketing and/or the equivalent in experience
  • Negotiation and sales skills
  • High level of personal communication skills
  • Active listener
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and diplomacy in all interactions and have a strong customer service focus
  • Growth mindset
  • Patient and demonstrated self-motivation
