Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Person Driver. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the quality of equipment, and maintaining a high level of safety.

  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
  • Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including safely loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of branch facilities and equipment.

About You:

  • You should have experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license is required, and you must be available to work weekends on a rotating roster.
  • This role involves physical components, including lifting and standing for extended periods, so you should be physically fit and able to pass a drug test.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment is desirable but not necessary, as training will be provided.
