We are currently seeking an experienced Print Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a Print Equipment Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers' success by providing expert-level technical support for their printing equipment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, field-based position that requires strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in various environments. You will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of printers and multi-function printer devices (MFPs) on-site, as well as attending customer locations and traveling to remote sites for scheduled and reactive support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair a range of printers and MFPs on-site.
  • Visit customer locations, utilizing your own transport and possessing a valid driver's license.
  • Travel regularly to remote locations for scheduled and reactive support.
  • Work autonomously, managing your own schedule with minimal supervision.
  • Foster strong client relationships through professional communication and a customer-centric approach.
