Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team as an Equipment Servicing Specialist. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing hands-on mechanical service work to customers in the field.
Your primary focus will be on performing and coordinating service activities related to machines, spares, and wear parts. You will also provide technical services to customers in conjunction with sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert maintenance and repair services to equipment at customer sites.
- Analyse equipment failures and evaluate the need for technical support.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote products and services to customers.
- Supervise and oversee field service projects on customer sites.
- Prepare detailed reports and records after site visits.
- Support warranty process and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where applicable.

- A strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
