About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our assets on customer sites across the Pilbara and South West regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair equipment across various product ranges in the field (and in workshop as required)
  • Ensure all jobs are logged accurately and paperwork is completed daily
  • Monitor and record parts usage efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers through excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • A mechanical trade qualification
  • Current driver's license
  • Solid diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Ability to participate in an on-call roster
