**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

  • Servicing our installed base of analytical equipment
  • Providing customer support activities including installation, modification, system-level troubleshooting, and remote hotline support
  • Training customers on the operation of our systems

The primary function of this position is to install, modify, and troubleshoot equipment and systems following standard operating procedures (SOPs) while supporting customer needs through collaboration with factory personnel.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Install, modify, and troubleshoot equipment and systems following SOP policies and procedures
  • Support customer needs by interfacing with factory personnel on problems necessitating equipment design changes or potential new product applications
  • Train customer personnel in equipment operation and applications

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in scientific instrumentation, technical sales, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
