Support Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including large referrers.

This role requires proactive engagement with the community, understanding the needs of referrers, and ensuring that we adapt to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong background in customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and relationship management with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results Orientated and results driven - building our referral pipeline consistently.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills finding clear solutions to prevent conflict.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
  • Strong organisational skills to track and manage multiple referral relationships simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of NDIS and disability services is an advantage.
