Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Retail Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of a brand-new boutique and drive sales growth through excellent customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the boutique's retail operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and implementing visual merchandising displays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including stock management, cash handling, and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising displays to drive sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the boutique manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
