We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our boutique team in Sydney, AU.
Job DescriptionThe role involves driving sales and fostering a positive atmosphere within the boutique. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Management:
- Meet personal budgets and contribute to brand retail strategy.
- Discuss business opportunities with colleagues and customers.
- Act as a manager-on-duty when needed.
- Support team members in integrating new concepts and ideas.
- Assist in implementing and controlling Visual Merchandising concepts.
- Ensure the boutique team delivers exceptional selling ceremonies.
- Foster a positive work environment and culture.
- Participate in VIP events and orders.
- Build genuine relationships with customers.
- Recruit VIP, customer, and prospect databases for sales and marketing activities.
- Handle client complaints professionally.
- Coordinate individual repairs and after-sales related matters.
- Possess a 'can do' attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of prior work experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
- Critical thinking skills and strong solution orientation.
- Initiative, conscientiousness, and complete follow-through on responsibilities.
- Flexibility to change and adaptability in work responsibilities.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
