We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our boutique team in Sydney, AU.

Job Description

The role involves driving sales and fostering a positive atmosphere within the boutique. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Management:
  2. Meet personal budgets and contribute to brand retail strategy.
  3. Discuss business opportunities with colleagues and customers.
  4. Act as a manager-on-duty when needed.
  5. Support team members in integrating new concepts and ideas.
  6. Assist in implementing and controlling Visual Merchandising concepts.
  7. Ensure the boutique team delivers exceptional selling ceremonies.
  8. Foster a positive work environment and culture.
  9. Participate in VIP events and orders.
  10. Build genuine relationships with customers.
  11. Recruit VIP, customer, and prospect databases for sales and marketing activities.
  12. Handle client complaints professionally.
  13. Coordinate individual repairs and after-sales related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Possess a 'can do' attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations.
  2. Bachelor's Degree.
  3. 3+ years of prior work experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
  4. Critical thinking skills and strong solution orientation.
  5. Initiative, conscientiousness, and complete follow-through on responsibilities.
  6. Flexibility to change and adaptability in work responsibilities.
  7. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
