Assistant Boutique Manager Role

This dynamic boutique is seeking a skilled Assistant Boutique Manager to play a key role in the re-launch of its operations. As a manager-on-duty, you will oversee daily activities, implement visual merchandising concepts, and lead team members in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet personal sales targets by executing brand retail strategies effectively.
  2. Develop business plans with potential prospects to drive sales growth.
  3. Support the Boutique Manager in integrating and training new team members.
  4. Assist in implementing and controlling visual merchandising concepts to enhance customer engagement.
  5. Ensure the boutique team delivers consistent Lange selling ceremonies.
  6. Maintain a positive atmosphere within the boutique.
  7. Participate in VIP events and orders.
  8. Foster strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions.
  9. Focus on recruiting high-value customers for sales and marketing activities.
  10. Handle client complaints and report any product-related issues.
  11. Coordinate individual repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.
Qualifications
  1. Exhibit a proactive attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations.
  2. Bachelor's Degree required.
  3. Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
  4. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and strong problem-solving orientation.
  5. Demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness, and follow-through on all responsibilities.
  6. Be adaptable to change and flexible in work responsibilities.
  7. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  8. Possess a team-oriented spirit and ability to work well within a group dynamic.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office software, including expertise in Excel.
  10. Secondary language proficiency a plus.
