Job Overview

As a boutique manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless launch and exceptional customer experiences in our brand-new setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Meet sales targets in accordance with the company's retail strategy.
  • Business Development: Discuss business opportunities and action plans with potential prospects, as well as collaborate with the Boutique Manager to achieve success and establish the boutique as a key destination for luxury timepieces.
  • Team Management: Assist the Boutique Manager in integrating and training new and existing team members, and act as a manager-on-duty when the Boutique Manager is absent.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure timely boutique implementation and control of any new Visual Merchandising concept.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive atmosphere within the boutique, build accurate and genuine relationships with customers, and handle client complaints with care.
Requirements:
  • Luxury Retail Experience: Possess a 'can do' attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of prior work experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
  • Skills: Exhibit critical thinking skills, strong solution orientation, initiative, conscientiousness, flexibility, and ability to work well within a group/team dynamic.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English required; secondary language is a plus.
