IT Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT support professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support for desktop PC and laptop hardware, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Support MS Teams meeting room equipment and ensure seamless communication for our teams.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions to enhance technical skills and productivity.
  • Offer general IT troubleshooting and assistance on-site, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Participate in after-hours/weekend support and deployment activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in an IT-related field or up to one year of experience supporting IT technologies, including PC and laptop hardware support, Windows operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, natural curiosity, and ability in problem-solving, planning, and priority-setting.
  • Valid driver's license required for site visits.
  • Excellent communication skills and regular/punctual attendance.
