About the Role:

  • As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for end-user IT support and problem resolution at our client site, working 5 days a week, and providing remote support to another site as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop PC and laptop hardware, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Support meeting room equipment with MS Teams integration.
  • Deliver user training sessions on various software applications.
  • Provide general IT assistance and troubleshooting services onsite.
  • Assist with project-related work tasks.
  • Participate in after-hours/weekend support and deployment activities as required.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting IT technologies, including PC & Laptop Hardware, Windows operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office, and networking basics.
  • A degree in an IT-related field or relevant work experience is necessary.

Strong communication skills and regular attendance are essential for this position. Occasional travel between sites may be required, which necessitates a valid driver's license.
