Job Description:

As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be the main point of contact for end user IT support and problem resolution. Your responsibilities include desktop PC & laptop hardware installation, setup, and configuration, as well as problem diagnosis and resolution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs and laptops.
  • Support MS Teams meeting room equipment.
  • Facilitate user training sessions.
  • Provide general IT troubleshooting and assistance.
  • Assist with project work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualification in an IT related discipline or up to one year experience in supporting IT technologies.
  • Knowledge of PC & laptop hardware, Windows 10/11 operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to commit to regular attendance.

A driver's license is required for this position, as you will need to attend other sites. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, planning, priority setting, and a customer-focused approach.
