Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced desktop support technician to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to ensure smooth operation of desktop computers and other IT equipment.
You will work closely with end-users to identify and resolve technical issues, provide training and guidance on the effective use of technology, and collaborate with other teams to implement new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PC and laptop hardware
- Support MS Teams meeting room equipment
- Facilitate user training sessions
- Provide general IT troubleshooting and assistance as required on site
- Assist with project work
- Participate in after-hours/weekend support and deployment activities as needed
- Qualification in an IT-related discipline or up to one year of experience supporting IT technologies, including PC and laptop hardware, Windows operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office
- Basic understanding of networking
- Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, ability to problem-solve, plan, and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to regular and punctual attendance
- A valid driver's license is required for this position
