Job Overview
This role will require strategic and operational HR management of the employee lifecycle, including employee development, performance management, dispute resolution, and interpretation of industrial instruments, reward, and recognition, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Analyze data to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to drive business results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational capability.
- Experience in building leadership capability, commerciality, and strong engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience working with all levels of the business, including senior leaders and executives.
- Ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complex problems.
