About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our People, Culture, and Risk Management functions. This is a critical role that will shape our organisational culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Resource Management and a proven track record of implementing change and organisational development initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust risk management and compliance framework, as well as leading investigations and mediating positive outcomes.

This is a key member of our Executive Team and will provide strong leadership in these key areas. The ideal candidate will take ownership of and bring drive and positivity to the People, Culture, Risk Management and Compliance functions of the business.

About the Person

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled individual who can provide the leadership and guidance that our people and associated processes and systems will require for our growth journey to be successful.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management and/or Business Management, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Human Resource or management role. They will also have demonstrated experience in project managing solutions-focused, strategic HR outcomes, including shaping, developing, and implementing workforce design and management frameworks.
