The Senior Director, Culture and Organisational Development will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating strategic and operational people initiatives and programs that enhance workforce experience, leadership capability, organisational development, and workforce inclusion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement organisational development strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Lead a team of staff who work across organisational development and inclusion portfolios, including a Workplace Coach and Data Reporting Officer.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver people initiatives and programs that align with business objectives.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of organisational development programs and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organisational development and culture.
**Requirements:**
- Qualifications in human resources, employee relations, or psychology are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in organisational development, culture, and people initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Work Environment:**
This position is in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers do not have a designated workstation/desk. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, part-time hours, job-sharing, and flexible start and finish times.
