Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a P&L of $50M or greater in annual revenue.
  • Proven experience in business scaling and strategic growth, including organic capability development and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of the Commonwealth of Australia's operations and acquisition communities.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • Proven experience as a senior executive or officer in a relevant government, military, industry, or research enterprise.
