Customer Field Technician

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Field Technician. As a key player in handling customer service tasks across various nbn technologies, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services.
About the RoleThis is an autonomous role that requires you to work independently, taking charge of customer service tasks and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Your typical day may involve cabling installation, customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE, and working at heights and in confined spaces.

We are looking for individuals who are new to the industry and eager to embark on a rewarding career in telecommunications. If you have a background in communication cabling, electrical work, air conditioning/refrigeration, carpentry, or good with power tools, and are ready to transfer those skills to a new field, we want to hear from you.
This role involves a significant amount of work at customer sites, so it's crucial that you possess outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and personably. We're seeking individuals who are self-driven and motivated, who can manage themselves effectively.
