Customer Development Manager Role

Foster Exceptional Customer Relationships in the Automotive Industry

This role involves establishing and maintaining effective relationships with target customers, understanding their needs, proactively addressing their challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth within the automotive aftermarket.

  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
  • Prior experience working in account management across parts and equipment is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and drive results.
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's license to facilitate on-site visits and meet customer needs.
