Job Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager for the region of Mackay/Rockhampton.

  • Engage and develop exceptional customer relationships.

About You:

You are highly engaging, with a passion for providing solutions and service. Your demonstrated track record in developing business or account management across parts and equipment will serve you well.

  • Comfortable acquiring new accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills will hold you in good stead.
  • Team-focused attitude and passion to be the best.

In addition, you will also:

  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
  • Achieve sales budgets through proactive and innovative approaches.
  • Liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • A valid Australian driver's license is required.
  • A passion for all things automotive.
