Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for turning curious leads into confident traders and ensuring their first experience with us is a great one.

You will be talking to people from all over the world, helping them get started, stay active, and feel supported. If you are someone who loves a good chat, enjoys hitting goals, and doesn't mind a bit of friendly competition, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working inbound and outbound leads across global markets, guiding clients through onboarding, activation, and funding.
  • Supporting sales and partner teams with lead generation, account management, and client engagement.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales on growth initiatives and ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and provide tailored support where needed.
  • Working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and building lasting relationships.
  • Interest in financial markets and trading, with a willingness to learn and grow in the space.
  • Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish, Vietnamese, Italian, German) are desirable but not required.
