This strategic leadership role is focused on driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences through effective relationship management, account planning, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead key client relationships to foster trust and confidence with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategy & Investment teams to deliver innovative and executable media campaigns.
- Oversee media planning, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and core media ideas while integrating digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure timely delivery of comprehensive responses to briefs, including strategy, channel planning, investment, and implementation.
- Identify opportunities across the network to deliver integrated projects and ensure seamless connectivity and consistency in service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success in providing strategic direction for key clients.
- Strong experience in full-funnel channel planning and a deep understanding of the market.
- Ability to cultivate collaboration and engagement quickly to enable the team and support them.
- Strong financial acumen, negotiation, and influencing skills.
