About Our Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as a Business Development Specialist. You will be responsible for turning curious leads into confident traders and ensuring their first experience with our services is exceptional.

You will be working with people from all over the world, helping them get started, stay active, and feel supported. If you're someone who loves a good challenge, enjoys hitting targets, and doesn't mind a bit of friendly competition, you'll fit right in.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Working inbound and outbound leads across global markets, guiding clients through onboarding, activation, and funding processes.
  • Supporting sales and partner teams with lead generation, account management, and client engagement strategies.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales on growth initiatives and ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing tailored support where needed.
  • Working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the overall client experience.
What We Are Looking For
  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and building lasting relationships.
  • Interest in financial markets and trading, with a willingness to learn and grow in the space.
  • Additional language skills are desirable but not required.
