We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Job Description:As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their projects and needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to capture them.
- Deliver high-quality solutions to clients through effective project management and collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client organizations, business drivers, pipelines, and previous awards.
- Run go/no-go discussions to ensure client, technical, and industry knowledge is leveraged and clear value propositions are identified.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 15 years of relevant industry experience in business development, project delivery, and key management.
- Experience working within civil contractor organizations or in similar roles within consultancies will be highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of the rail industry preferred but not essential.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering high-quality solutions.
