Employee Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Communications Coordinator to join our Corporate Affairs team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-impact internal communications initiatives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic communications plans to engage and inform employees across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver internal communications campaigns, including email newsletters, intranet content, and virtual townhalls.
- Write and edit engaging content for various communication channels, including our company intranet and social media platforms.
- Provide coordination support for the delivery of high-impact internal campaigns, including our Kick-off events and employee engagement surveys.
- Identify and share REA stories and employee experiences that demonstrate our company strategy in action.
