Employee Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Employee Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Affairs team in the Finance and Business Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic communications initiatives that drive employee engagement and understanding of our company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute internal communications plans to support business objectives and initiatives
- Write and edit engaging content for various communication channels, including our intranet, newsletter, and virtual townhalls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact internal campaigns and initiatives
- Identify and share REA stories and employee experiences that demonstrate our company's strategy in action
We're seeking a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about internal communications and has a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Your creative approach to communications will help us to engage and inspire our employees, and your technical skills will enable you to effectively manage and distribute content across various platforms.
