Employee Communications Specialist

About the Role
The Employee Communications Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing daily communications activities, including drafting and scheduling communications while measuring campaign success. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a knack for handling multiple tasks, and a passion for writing engaging content for a diverse, global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide communications support to assist employees in understanding the company's strategy and goals.
- Write and edit content for key communication channels, including the company newsletter, intranet, and virtual townhalls.
- Coordinate the delivery of high-impact internal campaigns for big initiatives, such as Kick-off events and employee engagement surveys.
- Seek out REA stories and people that demonstrate the company's strategy in action, and share them through internal channels.
