About the Role

The Employee Communications Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing daily communications activities, including drafting and scheduling communications while measuring campaign success. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to drive various activities such as meeting scheduling and content distribution across tech platforms, and a knack for handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide communications support to assist employees in understanding the company's strategy and goals
  • Write and edit content for key communication channels, including the newsletter, intranet, and virtual townhalls
  • Coordinate the delivery of high-impact internal campaigns for big initiatives
  • Seek out REA stories and share them through internal channels to demonstrate the company's strategy in action
