We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Restaurant Operations Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Your primary goal will be to maintain seamless service by liaising between the kitchen and floor staff. You will also be expected to take orders, provide friendly and efficient service, and deliver an outstanding customer experience with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Ensure that all day-to-day operations run smoothly

- Run food and drinks to tables promptly
- Handle cash and process payments accurately

To succeed in this role, you will need to have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential. Knowledge of agave spirits is a plus (or a willingness to learn).
