Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

  1. Lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  3. Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting and inventory control.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory position, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory position.

  • Possession of a valid food safety certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
