We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. About the RoleThe Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurants, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations. This will involve working closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional service at every guest contact point, drive revenue opportunities, and maintain effective cost controls.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of all meal periods, focusing on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support in supervising, training, and developing Ambassadors to ensure consistent adherence to service standards and procedures.
- Contribute to the onboarding, orientation, and induction of new Ambassadors, collaborating with management to ensure a seamless integration process.
- Assist in managing yield and seating optimization to maximize revenue opportunities, driving business growth and profitability.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration across the restaurant.
Requirements:
