Restaurant Management Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Restaurant Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including supervising staff and maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.
  • Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support for their success.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and optimize supply chain operations to minimize costs and maintain quality.
  • Resolve customer complaints, address operational challenges in a timely manner, and lead by example.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to enhance skills and contribute to the restaurant's growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in the hospitality or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and other technology tools used in the industry.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
