Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to drive financial outcomes, maintain high standards, and develop a high-performing team.
About the RoleThis senior leadership position oversees the entire operations of the Restaurant and In Room Dining departments. The successful candidate will be accountable for leading people, product, service, and maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall accountability for people, product, service, and maintenance standards across the Restaurant and In-Room Dining departments.
- Review and evaluate performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive strategies for improvement.
- Partner with F&B teams to develop and activate business initiatives.
- Support end-to-end people management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and rostering.
- Manage departmental financial performance, monitoring and controlling wage costs, beverage costs, maintenance, and other expenses.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a restaurant or assistant restaurant manager.
- Previous hotel experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy and dynamic restaurant environment.
- Passion for culinary excellence.
- Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Experience leading and training a high-performing team.
- Solid understanding of wine and service principles.
