Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creditors and payables effectively, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations with suppliers.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and negotiate favorable payment terms.
  • Daily estimate supplier costs to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare cheque requisitions and meet payment deadlines to maintain a smooth cash flow.
  • Accurately rate and post transactions, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Prioritize customer service duties, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Highly organized, with a focus on achieving targets and improving processes.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
