The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative and governance functions for the Environmental Health and Regulation section. This will include generating financial transactions, managing records, and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

As a key interface with the Customer Service area, you will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and provide specialist advice to a wide-ranging customer base.

You will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure professional support services are provided consistently, while also being adaptable to an environment with shifting deadlines and priorities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in our community by providing exceptional support and service to our customers.

About You
  • You have excellent customer service skills and can provide specialist advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • You are willing to work with animals and understand the importance of this aspect of the role.
  • You have strong financial management skills and can generate, monitor, and complete financial processing transactions efficiently.
  • You can interpret and filter customer service requests and assign priority levels accordingly.
  • You have excellent record-keeping skills and can maintain accurate records in accordance with operational standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
