Job Description:

Digital growth strategists play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies. In this capacity, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, conduct market research and competitive analysis, build relationships with marketing agencies, and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in digital growth, with a focus on the work marketplace industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing budgets, allocating resources, and tracking ROI
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
