Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

Role Overview:

As a Digital Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the performance, user experience, and evolution of our website. You will lead the website as a standalone product with a clear roadmap, prioritized backlog, and performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in digital growth, marketing, or ecommerce with at least 2 years of owning a B2B site end-to-end. They will have a strong working knowledge of CMS platforms like Webflow and basic analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the performance, user experience, and evolution of our website.
  • Run the website as a standalone product with a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog.
  • Make design decisions in partnership with brand across structure, hierarchy, and mobile UX.
  • Manage and brief agencies or freelancers with clear standards and fast timelines.
  • Build fast-turn pages to support campaigns, events, or product launches alongside content and growth.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Experience in digital growth, marketing, or ecommerce with at least 2 years of owning a B2B site end-to-end.
  • Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms like Webflow and basic analytics reporting.
  • Comfortable navigating Figma - review designs, give clear feedback, and collaborate with design partners.
  • Confident managing freelancers or agencies with clear briefs and sharp feedback.
