Workplace Technology Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic End User Computing Specialist to join our Service Desk team at Ambition Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, ensuring a seamless and efficient end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Intune, ensuring a secure and efficient environment
- Develop and maintain the Standard Operating Environment, enhancing the infrastructure for optimal performance
- Mentor and up-skill the existing desktop support team to align with evolving technologies and best practices
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, contributing to a proactive and preventative support environment
- Provide support for audio-visual rooms and equipment, ensuring seamless functionality for meetings and presentations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC/desktop support
- Experience with SOE engineering and build
- Able to work with patch deployment
- Supported SCCM and or Intune
- Ideally worked with Microsoft Defender
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
